Among other things, they are proposing a digital completeness check of application documents for building permit processes and digital 5D plans.<\/p>\n<p>In their opinion, this will enable planning and construction to be more closely interlinked and make the work of clients, planners and construction companies easier. Building Information Modeling (BIM) should also be used in this process. Using this method, the team can plan holistically and build with precision.<\/p>\n<p>They also propose reducing costs through serial and modular construction, particularly in the area of commercial real estate and administrative buildings.
