For single-family homes, the average price is even \u20ac3,990.96. This means that prices for apartments and houses rose by 6.93% and 7.09% respectively between May and October 2021 compared to the period from November 2020 to April 2021.<\/p>\n<p>This is the result of a survey conducted by real estate financing broker baufi24.de. According to the broker, it examined 240,000 real estate transactions. It also took a closer look at the seven largest cities in Germany - Berlin, D\u00fcsseldorf, Frankfurt am Main, Hamburg, Cologne, Munich and Stuttgart.<\/p>\n<p>Prospective buyers paid the most here at \u20ac10,013.01 per square meter, followed by Frankfurt am Main (\u20ac6,602.27\/sqm) and Hamburg (\u20ac6,162.22\/sqm). Prices in these cities rose by 6.37, 5.68 and 10.64 percent respectively. Looking at all Big Seven cities in Germany, the average purchase price is \u20ac6,062.49.
