A Disney development is to be built in Rancho Mirage in California's Coachelly Valley. This is according to a statement from the Group. The Group intends to work together with reputable developers. Plans include the construction of several properties specifically for the 55+ target group. Buyers will be able to choose between villas, detached houses and condominiums.<\/p>\n
Future residents will also benefit from a 24-hectare blue lagoon surrounding the development. A voluntary club membership grants residents year-round access to a waterfront clubhouse, a VIP beach area, Disney programs, entertainment and activities, among other amenities.<\/p>\n
A mixed use of residential and commercial (shopping and restaurants) is planned for the Disney Estate. External visitors will also be granted access to the estate at a later date.
