According to the study \"11th edition of the Property Index - Overview of European Residential Markets\" by Deloitte GmbH Wirtschaftspr\u00fcfungsgesellschaft, Munich is the second most expensive city in Europe in this respect. While buyers in Munich have to pay EUR 10,500 per square meter, only Paris is more expensive at EUR 13,462 per square meter.<\/p>\n
However, buyers also pay extremely high prices in other cities, namely London (8,426 euros\/square meter), Oslo (8,417 euros\/square meter) and Frankfurt am Main (8,400 euros\/square meter). Amsterdam is also at the top of the list (EUR 7,600\/sqm). Other expensive cities include Antwerp, Milan, Cluj-Napoca and Barcelona.<\/p>\n
In contrast, buyers in Varna and Burgas in Bulgaria only had a small budget to spend. There, the purchase prices per square meter amounted to 885 and 900 euros per square meter respectively.
