A free online presentation entitled \"Property annuitization - turning your house into money?\" from the consumer advice center now offers help and shows, among other things, different types of property annuitization.<\/p>\n
The presentation covers topics such as selling with usufruct or renting back, part sale and credit solutions such as mortgages and loans. These options make it possible to use your own home to supplement your pension or provide financial support for children.<\/p>\n
Four dates are being offered for the online lecture, which are being organized by various consumer advice centers. The lecture of the consumer advice center Hessen is on Monday, January 22, 10 to 11 am. The lectures by the Consumer Center Saxony will follow on Monday, January 22, 5 to 6 pm, and on Friday, January 26, 10 to 11 am. The consumer advice center in Bremen is expected to provide information on the topic on Wednesday, January 24, from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m.<\/p>\n
