The "Real Green Award" from the German Business Initiative for Energy Efficiency (DENEFF) was recently presented to several companies that are already building residential and non-residential buildings in a climate-neutral way or are creating corresponding strategies for this. The award was presented in two categories: the "Real Green Award" for "Ambitious Corporate Approaches" and the "Performance Award" for "Proven Consumption Reductions".
The "Real Green Award" for "Ambitious Corporate Approaches" went to the following companies: alstria office REIT-AG, Rheinwohnungsbau GmbH in cooperation with Ampeers Energy GmbH, Evangelische Kirchengemeinde Bühl and Vonovia SE in cooperation with d-fine GmbH/right. based on science GmbH (special prize).
The "Performance Award" for "Proven reductions in consumption" was won by the companies arsago ACM in collaboration with ecoworks GmbH and Deutsche Rockwool GmbH & Co. KG. Art-Invest Real Estate Management GmbH & Co. KG, once in cooperation with aedifion GmbH for its special efforts in terms of performance optimization; and for upcycling.
